Paragon Global Support was founded by Carol Williams, a licensed psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist whose work has been shaped not only by years of professional practice, but by lived experience navigating life across cultures.

Over time, Carol began to see a pattern that was often unseen and unsupported by traditional systems. Paragon Global Support was created as a response to that gap, with services tailored to the globally mobile.

Carol often describes travel and international living as a kind of truth serum, stating, “When we move beyond familiar environments, many of the distractions that once defined us fall away. Moving and/or working abroad is less about running away from ourselves, and more about encountering different parts of ourselves that discomfort forces out. Within that process lies the opportunity to balance what we rationally know alongside a deeper respect for the unknown.”
